The 2011 season continued New Dragon's meteoric rise in the Dragon boat world. Our second consecutive National Championship title was earned at Welland National Dragon Boat Competition, in U23 and University. New Dragons achieved their 7th consecutive University Cup at TIDBRF, and their 4th at Pickering. New Dragons also acheived what no university team had ever done before, placing SECOND OVERALL at TIDBRF, behind Mayfair.
